At Treza Shop, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry and silver products and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a defective item, we offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please visit the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) section in your account profile on our website. Alternatively, you may complete the RMA form and email it to hello@trezashop.com. When returning a defective item, please ensure the Return Authorization Number (RAN) is clearly written on the front of the package. Once we receive your return, our team will guide you through the next steps.

Important Information:

  • Returns requested after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the return is approved, the remaining balance of your purchase will be refunded.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging—to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
  • Returns for reasons other than defects will also incur a 15% restocking fee.
